I would try rat but from a farm or from the field, not rats from the city sewers.

The audio isn't clear, but is she mumbling, "Hot! Hot! (Spicy! Spicy!) Water! Water!"? Someone ought to tell her that milk is supposed to soothe mouth burn from chili sauce better than water.

When I was in Venezuela during my military service in the late 80's, I tried capybara.  They're bigger, but also a rodent, and they taste like rabbit.  

It tastes like chicken. lol

And the rat was her protein snack?
