a serious health issue during a meeting . Now , what would you guys prefer the lady do for you if you were to get very sick ? There is a big decision both parties must make if this ever happens. .
What would you guys do "if" a lady ever had some sort of  real health emergency during a meeting ?
Would you freak out and leave her ? Would you get her help and then leave ?
Same question to the ladies regarding the fellas . What would you do and how far would you go to make sure he was out of the  danger zone ?
I have had some serious scares with  friends taking medications such as  Viagra or Cialias on top of their regular medication and then there is the  excitement that they are not used to having on a day to day bases .
Once , I had a man in his  70's bring his bottle full of  Viagra and he was shaking and turned  all different shades of color and I was worried  WHAT IF .......
When he left I found his  VA card , among other cards and  Viagra in the sofa where he was sitting .
It really concerns me when situations such as these  happen.
I feel both parties need to know what to do in case of an emergency .
How do you go about something figuring out what you need to do   ?

Oh , another important question .. Everyone knows what it is like to have a really good set up incall location ...candles,toys,lights,music , booze, among other session kept objects etc... even  $$$ .
If you had to call 911 in an emergency situation would you help  tidy up the "love dungeon" so there were no questions or raised eye brows to hurt either party ?
ya know these are very important questions and I hope to get some really good  "serious" replies .

As for the den of inequity.  Well, in the case of a heart attack, stroke, or ill advised med combo; I don't suppose their is much a gentleman will be able to do to help.

and that she would make every effort to save my life.... were tables to be turned - for some I would assist in getting help, stay until help arrived and then leave very quietly - for others for whom I feel a genuine affection?  I would stay with them, and accompany them to the hospital (if they requested) and do whatever they would need done.  

Yea, many forget the demands that the sex act puts on human physiology.  Couple that with CV acting drugs (such as Viagra) and you do have a recipe for "issues!"  Fortunately I am healthy - usually take an aspirine prior to a session... and on occasion have a drink of wine.... I also do not smoke and I do workout... (well - we superdudes have to be in tip top shape to fight crime!)...  

It is worth thinking through and having a "plan!"

On a vacation my friend got food poisioning.  We went to the emergency room and then I watched over him while he was sick for several days.  But, we were alone on vacation.
If he was here at home?  I would have done what he felt was best.  
If someone was having a stroke or heart attack, I'd call 911 and worry about the situation later.  I would hope the same if the tables were turned.  
I have extensive emergency training from my ski patrol and lifeguard days, but even an EMT or Dr would call 911 if someone was in danger of passing away.
I've heard other situtations when gentlemen have had problems during a date at a hotel and the escort called 911.  LE didn't care or even ask why they were in a room together.

Call 911.

If you have CPR, first aid, etc.. training appropriate to the situation, administer it.

Cover her with a sheet or blanket.

Try to make her as comfortable as possible under the circumstances.  If she is consious, be sure to speak to her constantly and reassure her that help is on the way and that you will stay with her until, and after, it arrives.  This is indispensible.

If time allows, and she does not require every moment of your attention, put away any fetish items, toys, BDSM paraphanalia, etc...

Basically, the police, EMS, etc... ain't going to care why or how the two of you happen to be in the room together, unless the activities immediately beforehand might have been relevant to the onset of illness.  They've seen this before.

But, one of my multiple personalities, Mellow Dramatist, is trying to get out.  There could be one really arkward situation, so here goes.

What if the woman fainted, and struck her head?  She incurs a serious injury.  Foul play might be suspected, and guess at whose hands?  Yep, this is bound to happen eventually.

I imagine your humanity and decency in those trying moments will be very much appreciated, and rewarded, even if only karma-wise.

Oh, and BTW, don't attempt to submit a review. A performance rating of -- she just lay there -- is not at all appropriate to the situation.  No matter how amusing, after the danger has passed, it could seem in retrospect.

I wonder if TER would've approved his review?

Seriously, he was lucky that she remembered her CPR training.  Having been trained myself, I would absolutely give any and all assistance to a provider if she were in trouble.  Even as a married man, I would accompany her to the ER if needed.  IF I even had to reveal that I was at the ER to the wifey, I would come up with a plausible reason.  But this does illustrate why all guys with SO's should consider all the "what if" scenarios before they go out to hobby.

Seriously, I would call 911 first and follow their instructions. Some straightening up of the room might happen as a matter of course--opening the curtains to allow more light in, turning off any music so we all could hear better, stuffing toys in the drawer or kicking them under the bed so that they were not in the way--but the safety and comfort of the man would be paramount.

BSD, I have seen that movie a few times - Kobe is my idea of how a "10" rating for appearance on TER should be worded -- "I found myself in the presence of human physical perfection."

But the scenario was very different, as Kobe was fatally impaled on a clothing hook, quite by accident.  My reaction would have been to beat the crap out of the effing oaf who prematurely ended the life of such a total temptress.

So, next time you're out cavorting with strippers, and out of control, stay out of the john.  And continue to mix your own drinks [LOL].

Well I was scared to death....Gent obviously was out drinking and it's very hot and humid, the two don't mix.

Nothing had even happened, he got very sweaty.. talking funny...It looked like a stroke, he layed back went sleep, his breathing was fine so I kept a cool cloth on him..after 2 hours my next appointment was calling...I told him I needed help so that I could clothe him...what a gentleman. We finally came to the conclusion that the guy had a heat stroke, called hotel security which in turn called for medical service.

WOW!!!! something I never ever want to go through again.

the medical team said his vitals were fine and that he had to much to drink....

a funny foot note....when they looked through his wallet come to find out he was a retired cop...go figure!!!
