I was looking at my list of reviews and noticed that a providers name was in  my whitelist section. I didnt ask her to do that for me , so I was wondering what is the proper etiquette for the whitelist section?

I would think it would mean more if the lady did it on her own without us asking , but is it proper form to ask a provider to whitelist us?
It's fine to ask a provider to White List you, if you were a gentleman, and were clean.
