Perhaps I am unique, but I have never been able to orgasm when a lady is on top and not sliding up and down my cock.  Covered or uncovered, young or older.   I would say about a third of the providers I have seen will straddle me with my cock inside, twist their hips this way and that, but never ride me.  It feels warm and everything, but there is no orgasmic sensation.  A couple of times providers have used their vaginal muscles to pulsate on me, which can work, but most time nothing.  

Conversely, when we are doing CG and the provider starts to ride me so there is some pumping and pushing, that gets the juices flowing.  It does not have to be asian CG either.  Place your knees on the mattress, hands on the headboard, and ride like "Old Paint".  

So why is it that there are those that do the former, do they not know?  Does it feel better for them, should I say something?

two reasons for grinding rather than stroking.  As Vanessa says, its easier for most women to reach an O from the grinding because of the rubbing on their clit.  The other reason is that many of the customers are older and have difficulty maintaining an erection throughout the session.  If you're stroking and its only half-hard, there's a good chance your dick is going to fall out (I said fall "out" not fall off).  Grinding allows prolonged pleasure for these guys even if they start to lose a little wood.
