I get the type of room I want, the lighting I want, temperature, location, parking etc. But with the massive price hikes, I almost always do incall now, and with that, come many things out of my control I have to live with.

I value cleanliness of room and a location that is somewhat simple to get to. Downtown locations in large cities are problematic on many fronts with traffic, congestion, pricey parking, etc but these are the areas touring girls usually choose so it's a trade off to be sure.

The right room/area can make a difference, but it can be overcome by a gorgeous, friendly and skilled provider every time.

She said that the thought that someone probably got stabbed to death in the very room we are in turns her on and makes her feel sexy.

 
It seemed to work.   Deep down however, she was a pretty sweet gal.   Crazy in the coconut, but very sweet.

 
If I had my choice, and the piggy bank to fund it, I'd go for a Four Seasons or a Peninsula any day.

Once the session starts, it is more about how well you vibe with the Provider.

At first I was going to say 'yes', but then I thought about some of the places I didn't care for and remembered that I still had a really good time with those providers.  

Positive environment is important. Nothing worse than arriving stressed because of traffic, parking, sketchy neighborhood/building/hotel. Going in relaxed and confidant makes a big difference, at least for me.

A few months ago I saw one of the most spectacularly beautiful women it's ever been my good fortune to diddle. Unfortunately, her apartment was like a teenage boy's room with crap everywhere. And there was no AC. Beautiful as she was, it was distracting.  

Just a couple of weeks ago I saw a lovely young woman who hosted me in a dark, dreary looking apartment. The windows were blacked out with heavy curtains and the vibe was like we were in a hideout. Again, distracting.  

I've seen far too many ladies in places (homes or hotels) that were just plain messy, overcrowded with stuff, and downright dirty. None of those ladies--and some were hot--merited a second visit.

And I have passed on seeing a few ladies when they told me they were in a hotsheet motel or in a sketchy part of town.

I get that not every lady can afford to hire a nice hotel for a meeting, or can afford the 3k a month it costs for a good apartment here in LA. OTOH, all I really ask for is clean, safe and welcoming. I've seen many ladies in modest digs or hotels that were well kept and welcoming. And, if that's not possible, I'm happy to pay for a decent hotel. But if I'm dropping LA rates to get laid, I don't want to be thinking about anything other than getting laid. Not cleanliness, not safety, not "just how many cats do you have?"--just a fun time with a hot lady.

I was in a darkened booth at the back of a fine dining restaurant with a provider one time when she whispered in my eat that she was not wearing any underwear.   Then she stuck her finger into her honey-pot and put it in my mouth.  I started working her with my fingers and all was going well until she came and let out an audible exclamation of satisfaction.  All eyes turned to us, and even though a tablecloth hung low enough to block the actual view of what was going on, I'm sure my expression looked like the cat that ate the canary.  We both picked up our forks and started eating our salads.  I thought we were in the clear until, as we were leaving, the manager whispered in my ear, "Sir, if you plan to book here again, put a gag on your lady friend or else go somewhere else."  So, to answer your question, yes, location can make a huge difference!!!

I do agree that the person and overall experience can overlook a location if done well. However, even in those cases the right location can turn a good experience into a great one. The location is part of the first impression since you see that before your date. We all type in the address in our gps and take note of safety, the area, parking options, etc. Whether you realize it or not, thoughts are usually made  (i.e. will my car still be there when I leave). As others have mentioned, cleanliness also plays a big role in the experience. It can be an indicator of how you present yourself and if you care about the other's comfort. All of this to say, you do not have to be in the Four Seasons (though always wonderful) to have a nice space that encourages repeat business.

Some examples of issues about the location that downgrade the experience:

Parking, or lack thereof. If it’s in an area where it is difficult to find a place to park, the experience is not starting off well. If I have to spend an inordinate amount of time finding a parking place, and/or I have to park a long ways away, this will put me in a bad mood.

Outside of, but in the immediate area: random person milling about. I hate running a gauntlet of people to get to a door because inevitably the people will start staring at me. I want to get to the door without having to look anyone in the eye. I’m there for a purpose, and that purpose is only between myself and the Provider.

Once inside: cleanliness. As others have said, if the place isn’t clean, the experience will not be good. Hygiene of the place is just as important as hygiene of the person.

Lightning. I don’t like harsh artificial light. Low light if artificial lighting is used, Natural sunlight is best. Of course, that would mean that the session is in the daytime and it’s possible to have curtains open and still maintain privacy (or maybe skylights).

An adequate supply of clean towels. If I’m going to take a shower, I’ve got to dry off with a clean towel. On more than one occasion I’ve seen a Provider at a hotel room incall, but no clean towels were available and the Provider would say “I don’t want to ask housekeeping for more towels because then they’ll figure out what I’m doing here.” I don’t care, have some clean towels!

I have a private incall that I keep immaculate with an LED electric fireplace that heats up super cozy, plants galore [I love foliage] and I have 2 different rooms to play / work in. My spa room is set up specifically for my massage clients that prefer that only or if they want to add on manscaping or a lymphatic massage and I have a room specifically for GFE and they are both set up with the perfect lighting ambiance, aromatherapy [I always ask if you are sensitive to smells and what your fave scent is so its ready when you get here] I have any type of libation you want [water...room temp or cold, tea, coffee wine etc] and depending on the time of day there are snacks; charcuterie boards, muffins whatever you need and its perfect. I had a client today tell me he felt completely at home and comfortable the second he walked in and said it was the first time in a long time he felt that way and booked another appointment before he left.  

So the location, ambiance, smells, vibe and all that does matter for sure.
