It usually takes longer for a woman to have an orgasm than it does a man (again, usually). I doubt most guys spend the time required. If the study is correct, and providers aren't completely different than other women, then logic would dictate that they'd be more likely to achieve orgasm with someone with whom they're familiar rather than a first-time customer

I can have orgasms with my regular clients who I have a friendship with and new clients I feel comfortable around but I can't force myself to have an orgasm.  I don't like it when someone is trying to force me to have an orgasm as if they think all they have to do is rub me or lick me down there and I should automatically have one.  It's more of a mental thing I think and you shouldn't pressure the lady otherwise she's probably going to fake it.

I never pay much attention to how many times a provider orgasms in a session based on the review.  I think previous comments here are right on......not every woman orgasms during intercourse for a multitude of reasons.  If this is important to the hobbyist that a woman orgasms, then we need to make sure that we communicate with the provider about their likes/dislikes in a session, focus on paying attention to their needs and taking things slowly to make them want it.
