I don’t think this is a particularly helpful metric, or a helpful expectation or desire to foster.
It’s simply not realistic, or appropriate for the vast majority of us to self lubricate for all of our dates. I think we’ve all worked pretty hard to dispel the idea that needing or even benefiting from lube means that we’re not into it.
Some of us have medical conditions where our tissue is more fragile and/or drier, or we need it to avoid irritation.
I use a LOT of lube. I use it for every act I engage in with every partner. It protects my body from tissue damage, it makes manual stimulation more pleasurable both ways, and it helps keep me from getting infections from extraneous saliva.
My dates have a great time. So do I.
I know you didn't reply to me but I don't have any negative feelings about any lady who uses lube. However, in my experience it's been rare.
I didn't read QB's post as setting some sort of bar for every provider to cross. She said that when this happens, the sex is great. I didn't read that as implying that sex isn't or can't be great when it doesn't happen. There's room for both conditions to lead to great sex.

So now you're not only quibbing with her opinion of what's best (de gustibus non est disputandum), but also doubling down that she has set a baseline for all other providers.
People get on here and talk about what's "best" all the time; I see no reason to treat all those opinions as setting new must-achieve criteria for the rest of us. It's just an expression.
