Last night I saw one of my best regulars. Nothing was out of the ordinary only this time he requested a PSE session. I do ask my PSE clients if they are in reasonable health. Of course he told me he could handle anything I dished out. This man is only 56 years old and we are about the same size, he obviously works out. So I thought we were going to be ok. He is a regular, and his wife knows he sees providers.

While I was performing oral sex when it was time for cim, he tensed up past what would be normal and I knew something was wrong. He passed out and had what I thought was a seizure. I had a hell of a time getting him to a safe flat surface from my hotel bathtub. I mean it took me a long while to drag him out of the tub. Even with the water off it was really a struggle to get him out of the tub. As much as I would love to believe I am young, strong and work out. Dragging a wet, naked, twitching, 160lb body over the side of a tub is more than a notion. By the time I got him out of the tub his seizure was going away. I ran to get water and my cell phone. I went back in the bathroom to sit him up and he begged me to not call 911, but call his wife. She was there in less than 10 minutes and we both thought he was going to be ok. Well he threw up, turned colors and grabbed his chest. I knew he was having a heart attack. He still refused to go to ER. His wife insisted on him going and thank God he did. He had a mild heart attack.

I went to see them this morning and he is going to be ok. He did not take his seizure medication for 36 hours, and he had taken some Viagra that was not prescribed to him. Thankfully he is ok, he and his wife are actually laughing about this.

I can’t laugh yet. I don’t see the humour. I almost had a heart attack with him.

I am not working until I can get myself together. This is one of a providers WORST NIGHTMARES.

Guys please. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE MEDS THAT ARE NOT PRECRIBED TO YOU. If you are on meds take them and be honest about your health limitations with your provider. My client is sick, will miss days perhaps weeks of work, had he not had a clear understanding with his wife this would have definitely caused all sorts of problems at home, I am sure eyebrows would have been raised had I not heard him begging me to not call 911 because I certainly had every intention on calling 911. I was just that nervous, scared, and panic stricken. I really don’t know what I would have done, hopefully I would have had a few minutes to think this out before the cops, ems, and fire dept would have came rolling in, but I can’t swear by it. At that point I did not really care. I was terrified and really not thinking about business. He is my friend, my client and a very decent human. I was scared for his life, his family, and all.

Again please please please be honest with yourself, your health and your provider about your health conditions. We are all adults here and want to play safe.

Thanks……………

A Very Terrified Provider

As much as many would like people to believe, drugs are under a prescription for a reason.   Using them when not prescribed can be dangerous.

I am glad that he is OK, and I hope that you recover quickly.   You did the right thing, and should be commended for your actions.

I think you hit on one of the issues that is related to this line of work.  It's always a potential that your client has a medical issue while in session.  I'm glad everything turned out ok, but that certainly will leave an impression.

Thanks for sharing with the group!

I am so sorry you had to have this experience. I can only imagine how scary that must have been.Alot of ladies may have broken down and went into panic mode.It sounds like you remained in control and made the right decisions. I think its a very good idea to take a little time for yourself,to deal with your emotions.

Thank God that his wife was aware of his hobby and that you were able to call her. That ,in itself, is a huge blessing under those circumstances. And thank God, that you did insist that he go to the ER.

It sounds like you did all the right things and were a good friend to him (and his wife).

... but imho this is one point where "outting" isn't a bad idea.

You must be an amazing lay and a very smart gal.

Thanks for posting this. Though under normal circumstances I would have called 911 before trying to remove him from the tub I can't say, in your situation, I would have done anything differently.

Viagra is not hard-on candy. It is a serious prescription medication that effects your blood vessels and blood flow to you entire body, not just your dick! Don't play games with it especially if you are on any other meds.

You are right, this was a rare case where the guy's wife knew what he was doing and you where able to act accordingly.  Under different circumstances the outcome could have been tragic.

Our phones were not in the bathroom.

I was in a huge state of panic. Had I left him there I was thinking he would have hurt himself or got water in his lungs.

I did not want to leave him alone while he was in any water.

Circumstances such as this are terrifying and will leave a lifetime impression.

But one thing you should take with you is the knowledge that in a worst-case scenario, you had the presence of mind and self-discipline to do what needed to be done in the face of panic.

Your client was lucky to have you as a provider. You saved his life.

And, yes: playing with prescription drugs is dangerous!

that this story is hilarious.  I spewed coffee all over my computer.

It was clearly a traumatic event

I don't doubt that it was traumatic for her (and him), but it doesn't make it any less funny.

....during a session with a provider is hilarious?  I re-read her post looking for the punch line and didn't find it. Yes, near death experiences are quite funny aren't they?! Perhaps when and if you have one you'll share it with us so we can have a good laugh. Not.

Is rephrasing it supposed to change my opinion of the story?  Yes I still find it funny.  Anything else?

Yes it could cause you a lot of embarrassment, maybe more than that, but you could save someones life.

You don't want to go through life thinking "what if..."

It's a very scary situation, thankfully he made it to the ER.

On behalf of all men... whether they want to or not...  I thank you.  When we are alone together, we hold each other's lives in our hands.  You made the right judgement, not leaving him in the water, if you could not lift him, you might have had to wait while the tub drained.  Calling for help...  is imperitave & I'm glad someone got him to go to ER.

My ladies all know of my medical conditions.  I recently had a bad fall at home, on a subsequent visit to my ATF, we joked that she was glad EMS did not have to come to her incall.

The possibility should have gone through everyone's mind...  and to have a rough plan is a great help.

Again I thank you.

I had no issues with calling the police or any other ems personnel. He had that issue and initially refused to go to the hospital until his wife arrived and was insistant.

I was in a mad state of panic. I am still not sure why this is funny. My client could have very easily died last night.

I could have cared less about going to jail for prostitution. It did not and does not matter to me. I did not want him to die. So I made a split second decision to not leave him there banging his head on the inside edge of a tub with running water. He was having a seizure, and smacking his head on the tub walls. Our phones were not in the bathroom why would they be in there? They were turned off and in another part of the room, and the only phones there.

I know we can all be sideline coaches and say what I should or should not have done, but I am not sure anyone can predict what they would do had they been in this situation. I did what worked for me, and obviously it worked to help me save my clients life.

You don't have to explain yourself, girl.  You did the right thing in all situations.  Presenting a clear head, fast actions and NOT PANICKING were the best courses you could have taken and you did so.  Congratulate yourself; you may have saved his life by dragging him out of the water.

You saved a guy's LIFE by keeping a level head and doing the right thing. It is easy to play Monday-morning quarterback. But you were there, live in real-time.

In Boston a few years ago, a guy went missing. Turns out, he had booked with a lady. The police tracked it down. According to the lady, he had experienced a heart attack and she panicked. Afraid to call emergency services or anything, she let him die. Then, she and her boyfriend admitted to hacking up the body and disposing of it in a dumpster.

The body was never found so nobody knows for sure. True story -- look it up.

Now -- compared to how THAT provider reacted; how would you rate YOUR performance?

You should get a MEDAL -- you are all time best escort EVER. Any questions?

could have handled a situation like that the way you did, with the siezure, the heart attack and the wife all involved. You have every right to feel the way you do, but you should also feel quite proud that actually saved a man's life.

When a client and an escort are alone together; they are responsible for each other's wellbeing.

This wonderful, wonderful woman did better than most people would do in such a circumstance; and is really a credit to herself personally and her profession.

Keep some chewable aspirin around, and assuming that some water is handy, chewing a couple and swallowing it down with water can greatly alieviate the effect of the heart attack until EMTs stabilize you.

I alwasy carry them around in my car and keep a bottle of water.

This should be in every provider's kit.

I hope I am with as caring a provider as yourself.

Hope you get yourself together quickly so you can resume being the caregiver that you are.  Be safe.
