I have always been afraid of

getting spiked by those high heels. But will have to try the wedge shoes. The thought of a provider spread eagle ! Priceless

I'm also tall, so I appreciate very-high to extremely-high heels, and wedges just don't look graceful to me.  I also like the look and suggestion of ankle straps holding those high CFMs on you.  Yes, keep them on in bed, I'll dodge them or control you to keep my balls safe from them.  

First benefit of tall heels is overall gracefulness -- they help you take a sexy posture and emphasize leggy proportions.  

Second benefit of tall heels is to your face -- it gets up closer to mine, makes kissing and vertical making out more comfortable.  

Other benefits are legion.
