Most of the basic info (appearance/ratings, services offered, etc. is missing on the profiles I call up. Anybody else having the same issues

That is usually the result of the provider asking that information be retracted via the "report a problem" feature.

Write to her and ask why she took it down.

If it was never there, and you have reliable information (e.g. you saw the provider) that should go into her profile, feel free to use the same "report a problem" to fill in the blanks.

Some info, such as rates, I believe can only be filled in by the provider, as I understand it.
