I found out I could borrow $1 million from my broker, with $200k in account balance, at near 1% annual interest. I haven't figure out how to get the money out for hobby though. LOL

Simple advise (and I practice it myself) when I feel the hobby is starting to control all my free time, i.e., setting up appointments two or three times a week for many weeks , I pull back for couple of thinks just to make sure I am still in control and can decide.

I am in one of those hiatus as I right this. I won’t hobby till the beginning of December.
