As a provider who english is not even  2nd language much less first maybe I can share a few things.

Since I only understand English, I require her to speak it at least at a conversational level. Communication is important to me when being sexual.

Not at all important that it be even first or second, but there is a certain level of basic communication I need in order to fully enjoy our time together.  I don't expect her to discuss the 3 trillion dollars Trump's early policies has added to the economy, some of which landed in my 401K, but I do expect her to understand and speak the words and phrases that come with being a sex worker.   Communication becomes more important if she has aspirations for an outside relationship.
