I will throw in "Attitude" which to me is above all three.  

So for me:
1. Attitude
2. Performance
3. Looks

Looks are what get me in the door, without looks I am not going to spend a penny to find out how her attitude or performance is. So I guess by default I have to say that looks come first

Now, that said. are looks the most important things to me? To that question I would have to say no. I would rather be with an 8 that rocks my world than a vapid 10 who's an ice queen to boot, so once a provider reaches a certain minimum in the looks department, performance/attitude take over in my overall assessment of a lady.

Look further at the performance and attitude to see if we would hit it off.  I would rather see a 7 in looks with an 8 or better in performance than a 10 in looks with a 7 or lower in performance.  I do not take the TER numerical scores at face value, but read the reviews and see how a reviewer scored other gals I might have seen to calibrate.  The discussion boards help as well to weed out the prima donnas/GPS/BSC hookers.

I say you cant separate attitude and performance. Attitude is one component of performance, the component other is skill.  

A super eager pleaser who is a stone cold fox that willing to do anything to make you happy has a great attitude and the looks. But if she doesn't know her way around a cock or her own body, her performance will be shite.

Of course, if she is submissive and your goal is to defile her to the Nth degree then maybe the skill in her "performance" doesn't play into it.  

So I'd say the 3 components are

1) Attitude
2) Skill
3) Looks

 with each having a spectrum of acceptability. Like Gambler said, if looks ain't there. I'll never know the other 2.
