Dubai has a glitzy Disneyland-like exterior that masks a very dark core. The Emiratis have nothing but disdain and contempt for outsiders, and that includes Arabs from other countries and especially non-Arabs. And women, unfortunately, are too often still viewed as little more than a piece of property to be possessed and used in pretty much any way a man wants. Even though Dubai appears to be a multi-cultural melting pot, that's only because the Emiratis have enough oil money to import the people who do the real work of keeping things running. They are still in complete control and visitors are usually ok but that can turn in an instant, as many have experienced. An unaccompanied foreign woman is absolutely going to draw attention and all it will take is a complaint to authorities and you'll find yourself in a powerless situation where you have absolutely no rights. Kaly is spot on in this regard and it's a shame she had to find out through bitter experience. IMHO, Arab countries are not a good choice for providers as the risk level is much higher and the general attitude towards women is worse. Also, while there may be some high-paying potential client there will also be a ton of men who will insist on bareback everything for the cheapest possible price. And, about the Indian men in Dubai, they're making very little money as the Emiratis keep the best jobs for themselves, followed by expats from Europe and other Western countries.
