Look at his resume. Mostly a public servant, yet he is apparently a regular customer at donations that far exceed anything I would think someone on his income level could afford. There are ample providers in the 300-500 range in NYC who are just as attractive and provide the same experience. My belief is that he must not be that experienced (or certainly did not use TER) if he regularly pays these rates (or else he is taking bribes). No way I could conceal expenditures of that magnitude from my spouse.
