I live in a small city of a population of about 75,000. There is both great poverty in the area and great wealth. We are 2 hours from 4 major metropolitan areas. No this is not a geography quiz.
We have plenty of street walkers in the rough drug infested part of our little city. However, I found a UTR provider who posted ads on a lesser known site once in a while. She indicated to me that there were a few UTR ladies in the area who took care of many well known professional men in the area. Based on what I do for a living she was sure that I would know many of these men. She was very discreet and did not divulge their names or the names of the other ladies.
She has moved out of the area. My question is.....In general is there any way to find UTR providers, is it all word of mouth? Are there secret codes or passwords ladies use in a given area or city? -
I know this sounds goofy but here is a short story that made me wonder about the seacret password or phrase. I was in the southwest recently. A beautiful young latino lady approached me in the parking lot of strip mall asking if I knew where Green Mountain Ave, was. She was in dressy short shorts and a top more for evening atire that could not contain her huge breasts with high heels and full make up, not your typical "I'm going to the store to pick up some shampoo" atire. I watched her for several minutes and she asked every mature male who was alone and did not ask any females, couples or families for her so called "directions"
Now should I have said, yes I know where that is and had her hop in the car? Would I have gotten lucky or would I have been asaulted by her "fiends" and left for dead near the Mexican border? or fitted for a shiny new pair of braclets?

means exactly what it says, UNDER THE RADAR. They don't want every Tom Dick and Harry to know they provide. In a small town like yours, once you get in with one of the UTRs or one of their friends, and they know you are not an ass or jerk, and won't let people know that they are UTR, then maybe, just maybe, they will tell you about one of their "friends." There is no easy way to meet a UTR without getting to know people that they know.

That has been my limited experience - word of mouth. I know and see one UTR lady and the only way I learned of her was through a trusted relationship with a common acquaintance in the biz. There are no ads, no websites, no passwords, etc., no overt way to know about her. I hope she stays UTR...

They're usually the providers who have 5 or less pages of reviews & usually don't post on the boards. Best way to find them is to scan the entire "new review" section of your city, or go to the "search reviews" section .
Try any number of the sugar baby sites as well and the personals. There's hundreds in your area (50 mile radius) that are lined up and waiting for the right guy to show. The sugar baby sites are the funniest with UTR types looking for 10K a month and up. BTW, a few guys I know have gone that route and found nothing but drama. Find a nice single mother and you'll find someone that could use some help.
"Find a nice single mother and you'll find someone that could use some help." Especially if they are 'not mobile'. However YMMV. In my recent case our 'frequency' was not sufficiently satisfactory.

First, if you can still contact the UTR person who moved away, ask her if she knows the other UTR gals in the area and would she be willing to give you a reference to see one or more of them.
(By the way, how did you meet her in the first place?)
Second: Check out Craigs List for theraputic massage. (Normally I don't recommend CL but this is a bit different situation.) Go see them for a massage and become a regular. Do not ask any overt questions about sexuality but after you two become acquainted somewhat see if there is any energy that could lead to more than just a massage. It is time consuming but I've had this experience from a theraputic massage provider and things turned out very nicely.
I think you were wise to pass on the gal asking for directions. That's a very risky situation.
I guess you could attend meet and greets in your nearby cities.
BTW did you mean to say fiends or friends? Fiends is funnier because it implies that she has a band of ghouls at her disposal... and why do folks always dump bodies on the Mexican border? Like border patrol has nothing better to do then carry your dead ass to a pit and bury you? These are my concerns.
Establish a presence on the boards with a posting history and put some reviews up. Then go on a boards and ask a well thought out question. You will be more likely to get replies if you can be trusted with that information.
I have been to three of them, and have met at least one UTR at each, and have had *fun* with all of them. They don't post ads on TER and while one of them is popular on this board, two of them don't post anything on TER, although all are very well reviewed.
And came by my friends through either chat rooms (local boards, similar to the one here) or word of mouth referrals. I have never been a "volume" type of lady and tended to end up in longer term arrangements. By some people's standards, I'm still semi-UTR since I haven't a website and only posted my first "ad" today!
My advice to you would be to travel more, see some relatively well known/well reviewed ladies, post your reviews of them, participate in board conversations so the ladies and the gents get to know your personality, join a verification site or two (even UTR ladies screen)..... and then start discreetly asking around. ATR (above the radar? lol) ladies who know UTR ones, probably won't respond to someone who appears less than discreet. And gents who know UTR ladies need to be able to trust that you're not some yahoo who'll blow their girl's UTR status.
In small cities bartenders are good sources of valuable information if you carefully develop the relationship. They may not lead you to what you're looking for, but they will send you in the right direction. Stay away from rough bars because some of the UTR ladies suggested could likely kick your ass.
Apologies if this is a stupid question, but does it matter if the bartender is male or female when seeking information about UTR female (non-TS) providers?

I don't know as I can find them here in Salt Lake City. Maybe it is because of my connections and close friendships with more than a few ladies in the business. I am good fiends with more escorts than I fucked and no I am not friends with most of the I escorts I have had a session with. Maybe that is the secret. Just yesterday a provider friend asked me to brake in a lady in a doubles session with her who wants to see if she wants to start providing. I had to decline for health reasons which sucks but I was flattered she trusted me with her friend's first time. I know a few ladies that will point me out to their really UTR friends if I ask. And I only started hobbying about 5 months ago but I found out I am unusually well connected. All you need to do to find the UTR providers is befriend their friends. I guess you just have to luck in to finding and befriending them though.
UTR means they have no web site. May or may not be reviewed. Tend to not advertize. I tend to agree you don't find them, they find you. I suggest you see well reviewed providers, perhaps low volume or part-timers... after they are comfortable with you, ask if they have any friends they would introduce you to.
