for an advanced search of TER profiles is "porn star."  Check the box in the "service" section.  Your odds of a good session get better with ladies that are well-reviewed on TER, porn-star or otherwise.   I have only seen one well-known porn-star and it was an unforgettable experience, . . . . . for all of the wrong reasons.   There are also providers who make ONE or two videos so they can call themselves a porn-star in order to charge a higher rate than what their looks or service might otherwise justify.  Even checking to see if they have published videos by a real AV distributor is no guarantee it will be great session.

Star in general just means in front of the camera. It might have meant something more exclusive back in the silent film era, but even then it was a broad brush.
