I would not consider a short cut to be a B&S since it is the same lady. But,a drastic cut or color should be disclosed at the time of the appointment request. It also depends on if her hair not being long is a dealbreaker for you some do not mind and some do.
It really doesn't make a difference to me if she has short hair and I expected long hair. Hell, they r human, and going to the barbershop or whatever place they go to get their hair cut is natural. They don't have to update their pictures regularly b/c of their hair. Unless it is drastically different, like going bald or turning their hair purple.

I mean length of hair or shape of hair does not bother me if it differs from the profile but yes if the color is a shocking change say from platinum blonde to shaggy crew cut or from say a brunette to a shocking purple or chopping of the hip length hair to sheer bald then professional ethics demand that the change is ammended in profile.
That would apply for the hair on the head...Now coming to the hair in THIGHLAND is a different issue as that borders on sexual taste. I would say that if one feature is important to you, then ask if her ad picture is reflective of her current appearance. ("I just love your big nose. You haven't gotten a nose job or anything since those pix, have you?)

I dunno.. everyone has different tastes, so if a provider has really long hair in her ads, & decides to go with a pixie cut, she should tell people about it until she updates her pics.. some guys prefer short or long hair on a lady & it does make a difference. Also, if she has black hair in her ads, & dyes it blond, she should give people a heads up.. not so much a "bait and switch", but it is a portrayal of an image that isn't current, as hairstyle, either drastic length or color change, can make a huge difference & completely change the appearance of someone...
C'mon, women change hairstyles all the time. They let it grow, they get it cut shorter, they color it, the go with their natural color. What difference does that really make? Why would that piss you off? If it's the same girl, how can it be a bait and switch? Bait and switch in my book means a different girl, not a different hair look.
One of my faves has pics on her site with short frosted hair, and pics with her natural color, much darker, and longer. As long as it's her, I don't really care. If you are going to not see a provider because you don't like her hair color/style, IMHO, you are way too picky.
If it is that big of a concern for you, ask her if her pics are showing her current hair color/style.
make sure she knows about your fetish for long hair. Ask if her hair is still long. If she tells you it is, and you show up and it isn't, you can always just walk away. Plus, that makes it out that she lied to you, and what else did she lie about?

A good provider would know that at least for some of her clients and potential clients it could be an issue. She should do something (especially if it's a drastic change) to notify people that there has been a change.
We are women, More often then not we change our hair color and hair style more often then you buy new underwear... There are 4 seasons in a year and my hair my have changed at the very least 4 times through out the year.. By the way.. having pictures made everytime I change color or style would cost me about 2,000 a year just for the pictures....
Hair does not define the woman. It is not very often that when a woman changes her hair color or style that you can't recogonize her..

I agree with mistressjessica... Women do change their hair quite often especially depending on the season and it is more noticable on a woman than a man due to the the styles, colors, length, etc. Also, you have to take into consideration the ones that may add things like tracks to their hair to give it a more fuller look or longer length like some celebrities do from time to time.
My hair is nearly waist-length and unless specifically requested, it never gets put up. As for it getting mussed, 'sex hair' is sexy! I may be a bit old fashioned, but I've always believed in the "a woman's hair is her glory" thing....

Not every woman can grow long hair and have it look beautiful, but if you are one of the lucky ones, it can be glorious.
I once saw an Asian provider with incredible long hair that flowed all over me while we were together. I loved it. The second time I contacted her, she warned me that she'd cut her hair- and I mean really cut it. I liked her a lot so I went ahead and booked, but it just wasn't the same and I never went back. I'm sure it was more practical, but she wasn't nearly as sexy.
