I don't always review, or at least not promptly.  Mainly laziness. I don't pose much of a negative review risk, at least not based on history.  Lately though I have gotten the sense that a guy who reviews a lot is somehow more risky? Or, at least, presents a negative of one sort or the other.  I'm not complaining, and frankly it's the provider's business and isn't going to affect how I do things.  I'm just wondering if there's any truth to this.

Some big reviewers have been targeted by LE. Now, was it specifically because of the reviews? Idk... Maybe he just got unlucky statistically.  

Guys routinely admit how turned off they are by women with hundreds of reviews, which they associate with thousands of actual sex partners and it's even more ironic when these same hookers turn around and admit disdain for guys whose "number" is too high.

In fairness the ladies seem to be a bit less judgmental about this than the guys, but yes it still happens, and for the record I have zero reviews, but freely admit to having been with literally thousands of women and I know the reaction that I have gotten from more than a few women in the past when I have admitted my "number" when asked. It's really quite amusing when you think about it.

n all my years of hobbying, I've had only one provider (after our session), mention that she almost didn't see me because I posted a lot of reviews. She felt that hobbyists with a lot of reviews tend to want to follow a certain script during the session. That we are somehow set in our ways and are much more demanding and critical (and less flexible to go in a different direction during the session) of what we want to happen. It's as if we come in with a game plan and have to follow it through perfectly. Well,  at least with me, she realized that it was a total fallacy and she enjoyed our time together. I have seen her multiple times since.

the math goes like this :  
When I am active in the hobby, I generally fuck 2 to 3 girls a week, some times several a day if I am on a binge.
that's 8 to 12 a month avg, 100 to 144 a year on the conservative side.
subtract maybe 20 to 30 since some are repeats.
minus a year or so I've been away, dating someone, being sick, or some other life shit, so assume 5 to 6 years
that turns out to be about 350 conservative low side, up to 700+ depending on how many were repeats vs new.
I'd still write reviews if a girl needs one and asks for it but generally my time is limited

Tell a civvie woman you saw a "Pro" just 'once' in your life and you're branded as scum and a pariah forever.

..that said, the content of his reviews is important, as it gives me a little insight into his character and what he is likely hoping to get out of a date.  it's also helpful for me in assessing his 'type' - if i don't feel i am it, i will let him know that i seem to be a different flavor than his usual cup of tea and make sure he wants to proceed.

You expect it from the Puritan public, but for those of us who play to judge the promiscuity of others on this playground is pretty hypocritical.  In my opinion, you can never have too many... The more you have (either side), the more you've proven you know how the game is played and is a validation of sorts.  However, I think we'll all agree that the content of the reviews is more important than the number of reviews. Just my dos centavos.

For me seeing a guy have more than 3 reviews is great it lets me know alot about him his content lets you know what he likes or dislikes, as well you can see his types a lot of guys that see me usually go for white girls but are ready to swirl it up a bit with a sweet treat...

Reviews are mainly for sharing information and solely for entertainment purposes. TER encourage the Juicy Details to be well written like a Penthouse Forum. Reasons to get someone entertained and detects caution & warning signs.

I hope ladies don't think anyone has "too many" reviews as that would be exceedingly hypocritical.  Providers get business primarily from having good reviews, the thought that they would punish guys who write reviews by not seeing them is pretty crazy.  And that's an understatement.

To me, it is indicative of someone who is a major "chest thumper" and who gets off on bragging to others about his conquests. For better or worse (and this is admittedly judgmental of me) I instinctually label the person as vain. I am probably off base much of the time, but ... it is what it is.

might be a red flag for women who do not like reviews. If they feel they are about 90 percent guaranteed he will review them, she may avoid seeing him. Another thing I have seen are guys who are known for being d*cks and finding fault with EVERYONE no matter what, are also avoided because of their reviews. Many times I have flat out asked guys, "Are you sure you want to see me... I am nowhere near the level of many of the women you've seen." Sooo, his reviews tell us a lot, but not all of us look at them for the same reasons. For instance, I know women who will avoid a guy who gives out too many 8s lol, because it might mess up their average. I don't much care about the review if it's honest. Just give me the money lol.

I'm saying. If I had to cherry pick which guys I was going to see based on review scores, I would be broke as shit all the time. Now, I am not going to see a guy who is just an ass, but I don't give two shits about how many 7s or 8s he gives out. Love ya, Blaze.

I truly don’t think there is stigma relate to being hobbyist with a lot of reviews, it may be more or less the activity the hobbyist chooses to indulge during the reviewed session that may add the stigma.

I have been doing this for over 20 years -- long before online reviews existed.  While I recently returned to playing in the US after a 10 year hiatus, I have been a member here since 2002 (or before) and long ago was a long-time moderator at TBD.  In all that time I have published VERY few reviews -- normally only when a lady I like/enjoyed a great deal tells me that it would be helpful to them for whatever reason OR if I have a TERRIBLE experience.  And since I prefer to meet with long-time friends and well-reviewed higher-end ladies who I am pretty sure of before our first date, and also only for longer dates, I have had VERY FEW bad experiences -- I can really only think of one in London in about 1998 and 2 others in Vegas and New Orleans a few years earlier.  I know from experience that a lot of guys are like me, so their published reviews are not necessarily representative of their total number of experiences.
