Actually that was my first reaction too, but she does have a point.

 
 With the exception of the four Canadian boards there is no longer a single ad board for anywhere in the western hemisphere, not even the board we used to have for Tijuana, which should make Jake happy since he has been whining to Admin to get rid of that board for years now. lol

 
It does seem a bit odd that we have an ad board for a tiny island city like Ibiza, (population barely 150,000) but no boards for cities like Buenos Aries, Sao Paulo or Mexico City, three cities that have a combined population that equals that of the entire Iberian Peninsula.

Carla is a local LA girl, but she's a good sport, a great provider and a stunning beauty.  English is her second language, so I tease her once in awhile when something she says can be interpreted more than one way, like this.  She will forgive me because she knows CDL is a smart ass and can't help it.  Its nice to have her on the "big" board, IMO.  (How's that for a BSU?  Lol)

 
I agree there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason yet as to how they are picking locations for the regional boards, but if its a "sister-city" type of arrangement, as someone here suggested, we have to wait and see how easy it will be to put into practice.
