And what's on tv these days bore me to death.
I have something like a thousand channels.... yet every time I sit infront of the tv, I find myself spending more time flipping channels, flipping through the guide, than actually watching something good. And flipping process is fokking painfully slow too since it takes time for the menu to refresh.  Needless to say it has been a very long time since I really watched tv... absolutely nothing interesting to watch and the thought of throwing it agaisnt the wall hasn't slipped my mind either.

btw, you would make a verrrry forgiving and trusting judge.

Whether he threw a flat screen or an old fashioned, box CRT.  A flat screen chunked at you isn't so bad.:).  It's actually quite common.

Make sure they are 3D ready, LED, and come with plenty of warranty so I can send it in for repairs. Also Include the wall mount bracket  while you are at it.

But here's how I'd sentence him:

I'd make him work 10 weeks as a TV critic, watching the dumbest shows too.

After that, he's be acquitted for being non compos mentis (insane.)
