Ciara's post was a comment on all of the clients who write out notes on their plan, their contingency plan, their contingency plan's back up etc. and HAVE NO IDEA WHO THE FUCK THEY'RE CALLING when they start dialing.

Just like clients like to be called by their names (2 threads about this, really?) providers don't like know that we're one of a dozen that you have called that night just to make sure that someone arrives.

Ciara doesn't go by all of those names, nor has she.

She was picking on that client because he very clearly had no idea WHO he was calling and was content to settle for anyone (as evidenced by the name play and the fact that he STILL gave his screening information to her despite being unsure-again, REALLY?).

Personally Ciara, you're a better woman than me.
I don't mind hobbyists having backup plans, but at the moment they call me they better have a definitive understanding of what my name is and why they want me to come see them because if they don't know, I don't know and I just assume that I'm on their little White Board in their outcall sting room and they're just going down the list.

I think his reaction is so cute! He sounded so excited that Ciara was at his door. He obviously has a great sense of humor as does Ciara! I have to say, I bet that was a first for Ciara, having a client sing Ave Maria to her!!!  

Funny, a recent post concerning providers not using their clients names. How about this one for the other side of the coin.
