Because the whole purpose of this is that two people can meet up mess around and go their separate ways. The only thing that matters is the hot part of the scale... simply disregard the crazy lol. Besides I may not be a man but as a bisexual woman my experience has been that crazy usually equals good sex.. just as long as you don't know where I live or my real phone # lol.
I love the way some lame "matrices" for women to evaluate men have popped up since the Hot/Crazy matrix vid came out. Here's one of the better ones, IMHO:
What I've always thought was interesting is that he's strapped. To protect himself from the women this presentation pisses off, no doubt. LoL
I don't know about using it in reviews. I think with the photos, and the reviewer's descriptions of her behavior and actions, everyone decides for themselves whether she's above or below the diagonal. Everyone has their own scale.
It's at the very end of this YouTube video. Guys are much easier to put into a matrix. I think there are 4 categories. As you can imagine the guy with the most $ garners the top spot.
you have a looks score, equivalent to the hot axis and a performance score which correlates with the crazy axis. All us guys know that "the more snakes in the head, the better in bed". And to confirm this, I was watching one of last season's "Homeland" episodes, where Carrie went off her meds with her boyfriends knowledge. There is a sex scene and at the end of it she says "Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you. The sex is much better."

He lost me at the very end, but I won't give it away.
The question is, how do we incorporate this matrix into reviews?
