Airport staff are too embarrassed to mention anything and just quickly move on to the next item.  In Europe, where I travel frequently, they don't even bat an eyelash, like its a common thing.  In Dubai,Abu Dhabi, Mumbai, Singapore, Bejing and Tokoyo they are a little dumbfounded and totally embarrassed and nervous, but don't mention anything since I travel first class and am in the VIP lounges or with a VIP pass. In Moscow, they smile and laugh. everytime  I am there, but in a good way.  They love it when a girl is unfazed about it, like I am.  I just smile coyly.  The naughty me loves having a little fun with airport security.....
