I was awakened by the phone, but since I was expecting a phone call from overseas, I grabbed the phone to answer.

Well, my first (and hopefully last) phone call from someone's WIFE! Not fun, not fun.

Yeah..not a happy day yesterday..

Sedona, as bad as your day may have been, the husband's day was likely worse.  The only happy person(s) are the attorneys.

Such is Life,

I do whatever I can to protect the privacy and reputation of my clients! I have the same to lose (altho single), and it appears he took no precautions at all, and put me in huge jeopardy!
I wanna wring his neck!

The only time I had a wife call was from one of my phone sex sites that I have.
She asked who I was and I said "Do I know you?"
"This number is on my husbands statement for 29.95" (i had an 800#) So thinking fast I said "ok well due to confidentiality I cant tell you what was purchased but I can verify the charge amount with proper identification" "what do you mean" "if you can confirm your address the date of the charge and possibly the ebay name used I can confirm the charge and the date it shipped"
"you sell ebay?" " yes mam" ( click )

That night I got a very grateful call from a husband who was present during the whole thing.

..ya jest KNOW we're all wanting to know, Sedona!

Seriously, I agree the guy not only f*cked up {pun intended} on his account, but also yours.  I can only hope that no further repurcussions are extended toward you!  However, I'm sure you're NOT the first "provider" to ever be confronted.

Well actually...

for a SO to read this site , its more like Ultra- reading your opponents mail- than a spy.

Or to the kind of PIs that women use to catch their hubbies- this site is a wealth of info.

Better to keep it off the radar...

Yet another reason emails should be encrypted.  Even if you're not worried about LE intercepting it during transport, it's still a virtue for it to be stored encrypted at the destination.

Get PGP or GnuPG, ladies.  If you do it, then the guys (even the non-nerds) will learn to do it, out of necessity.

Crap like this wasn't the reason i ended up single again, but after it was all over, i came to the comclusion that it's a big factor in my reasons for staying single from now on.

Some people just don't have any respect for the others involved in this, not even on a general note. I mean, yeah, i'm single, and i don't deny what i do for pleasure to those close to me, but i don't walk around with loose ends from it hanging out everywhere either.

I understand that nothing/nobody is perfect and even the best laid plans (no pun intended) can go wrong from time to time and others that we wish wouldn't find out do. On the other hand it sounds like just guy just didn't just a shit. That's all fine and dandy, if he want's to toss his life out the window, that's his business, but he doesn't seem to have had any respect for others. When what you do affects other people you need to be thinking ahead about what the other involved has at stake too.

IMHO, the dude's totally at fault here.  Yea, she obviously really laid it on heavy to Sedona, but put yourself in HER panties!

Guys that are slipping out for a little "recreation" on their SO's need to be a bit smarter than this fella obviously was.

Now, don't get me wrong.. I luvs to see a good "cat fight"! :) :)

"her" first just because she made the call and is in my imed line of vision. "he" later when I can actually find him cause you know as well as I do a man sees a woman throwing hooks and he goes and hides.
wa ha

easier to be single where there is no SO to go through your phone bills or to get the phone message left on your answering machine by a provider you have not seen in over a year.
