has anyone else notice that the P411 links in lady's TER profile are not working ... even when i opened their p411 page .. i think their p411 link in their TER profile and it goes to P411 main page. obviously needs to be addressed ...no pun intended !
A lot of my okays on p411 still list who gave them, but it says Provider Not Active and you can't search for them, etc. I imagine they request deactivation for whatever reason. I do recall at least one coming out of deactivation. So it seems like the provider choice to be listed or not in most cases.

I know a few ladies who temporarily deactivate their accounts when they're not going to be active for a few months. I forget what the advantage is for them since I believe provider accounts are free, but I know there is a good reason that they do it.
I know a lady who works in NJ and travels around the state about every two months or so, but she's currently on hiatus and deactivates her account during the periods she doesn't work.
Or if she doesn’t respond to an email from P411 staff, then her account goes inactive. If she logs in again then her account is active again.
I assume they can probably also request to be inactive if they are going on vacation, hiatus temporary retirement etc., but I know they automatically get deactivated for not logging in.
sorry i wasnt clear .. . the P411 link on TER providers page ... who have active P411 pages .. the link is not working, it just sends to the P411 home page.
i am aware if the lady is inactive it wont work, but these are active ladies with active P411 pages. i dont know if this is a P411 or TER issue
Perhaps it’s not an issue with TER or P411, but an issue with your browser? 🤷🏻♂️
Or your issue could be something as simple as a typo in the link on the TER profile. Send a problem report to TER and tell them The link doesn’t work. They will either give you 2 free days or tell you the link works Ls fine.,
Another possibility is they are listed as UTR. There is a paid option for us to list our P411 profile as “Under the Radar”. This means our P411 link isn’t accessible to the general public and only P411 members who are *logged in* and have the requisite number of “okays” that we require will see our profile.
To be fair, I didn't know about it for the longest either... I stumbled upon it. Then again, I'm sure there are several aspects to P411 that are most likely only available for providers while I'm sure there are aspects that are only available to clients. I will say the UTR feature was so beneficial in numerous ways while I was transitioning out of Corporate America and back into grad school and this work.
