I think I might have the hair extension thread beat. I briefly saw a provider who had pretty good oral skills. Only problem was that she couldn’t hide the off smell on her breath despite always popping a bunch of minty gum in as soon as I arrived. I figured it was because she was a heavy smoker and, shit you not, she claimed the gum protected her from STDs. Anyway, I noticed the last time I had a session with her that every so often when she pulled her mouth off of me that half of her upper teeth were misaligned. Turns out that she had a half set of dentures, and that smell was coming from them. My guess, based on seeing how she lived because that last session was at her actual place, was that she never really cleaned her dentures. While fake hair can be a turn off, imagine discovering her teeth were fake mid-oral!
