Little yellow new flag

Ok, I gotta ask - I'm a newbie but I've searched every page I could find here and haven't found any answer yet.

Some times there's a little yellow "NEW" flag next to a providers name when I get the search-reviews results.

It's not for new reviewers 'cause if you click on the reviewer you often times see several reviews by that reviewer; and it's not for the provider 'cause if you click on the provider you often times see several reviews for that provider?

Ok - now let me see if I can get a two-for-one here.

Second question:

Click on NEW REVIEWS
Click on Las Vegas
Up pops Megan and Natasha - among many others

Click on Megan - see multiple reviews
Click on Natasha - see the little yellow flag and a single review

...but if you enter Natasha's name in the SEARCH PROVIDERS, you get dozens of reviews.

What's up with that?

The little yellow flag pops up when a new review is done ... granted .. I also think that when there is a change in the profile information it may also bring it up as a new review or something in the profile has changed or something with the provider ... other than that I'm as clueless as you ....

I'm not sure what you mean exactly. Are you referring to a profile that has reviews that say "new" and reviews that don't mixed in-between?

If so, the reason is that TER allows us up to 3 months to post a review from the date we saw the lady, but the reviews are posted in chronological order no matter when they are submitted. So if you were to see someone in July(for example) but not do the review until Sept, when your review was posted it would fall in with the rest of her July reviews because you indicated that you saw her in July when filling out the form. If someone sees her in the beginning of August lets say, and submits his review right away, his review will have been posted more then 2 weeks before yours was submitted, so his will be more recent on the profile list since all reviews are shown in monthly order, yet not have the "new" flag next to it because it would have already been up for more then 2 weeks before yours was posted.

the point he is trying to make is Natasha ... Natasha is very well reviewed on TER for Las Vegas ... probably more then 60 reviews ... but now all of a sudden there is only one new review of her .... where did the other 60+ vanish to? and why? what if anything changed for TER to give her a new profile.

Ohhh, i see. Thanks. A little snooping found that the other reviews are still there, just under a different profile.

I don't know why the latest review would have started another profile. The only thing i can see is that the one profile lists email contact as "none". Perhaps that's something that would generate a new profile for some reason?

So, how many profiles does a provider have?  And how can we see all of them? Or at least the profile that matches each review.

For example, the profile may say the picture matches the provider but the review details say it doesn't?
