do you keep a proverbial "little black book" about  your experiences with providers or do you remember what the sessions were like for future reference.  providers seem to keep track of at least the number of reviews, so do you do the same?

A "greatest hits" folder of sorts.  I didn't start it until earlier this year, though, so I had to go back and try to find pictures of those I'd seen before.  Google Archive helped a lot, but there are still some favorites that I don't have.
