     Personally, I almost never click on the links a lady has put on her webpage. When I'm looking at her page I'm interested in gleaning info about her specifically. Not her friends, other organizations etc. I suppose I make a mental note if she has a big banner page, tells me she advertises a lot etc. but it doesn't make much difference in my interest level as to whether I wish to pursue setting a date.
    Others who like jumping around, spend lots of time perusing that sort of thing, are simply curious, etc. may well click on links, I don't know. But for me I rarely look at them.

I did it with my first site, then got annoyed because the requests don't all come in at once so every other day you are adding new links or banners. I've never booked through a link on someone else's site, and if you don't tour....they are pretty much pointless IMO.  

I think some women use them to increase traffic to the actual site, but other than that I see no need. They are more trouble than benefit. I also don't like the cluttered look even on the home page....takes away from sites that would otherwise be elegant.

But I found them to just be a waste of a page.. according to my website stats, I was not getting much hits from mine on theirs and vice versa...  

And as for some of the "elite" or expensive providers, it seemed to be very cliquish and snooty... like they only exchange with others who they deemed to be of their caliber, etc etc..  

I was not interested in that whole game playing lol  

I do have some links on mine now, but those are from my web designer..

I personally ignore them (yes they are good to have for SEO)

When I visit a lady's website I am only interested in the information on her (pics, rates, etc). Links to other ladies or adult sites don't catch my interest. I've never clicked on any outside link. I'm sure some guys do and having reciprocal links scores you higher on SEO so they are good to have.
If you do add links, I would suggest you choose a few meaningful ones to increase odds of someone actually clicking on them. Co-promoting with a provider friend in a different market may be a good idea. Say you are in NY and she is in Vegas and neither of you tour to each other's cities so you don't compete but you "co-market" yourselves this way. The two of you could say e.g. "Visiting Vegas? Let ... Be your Luck"  "Coming to the Big Apple? Let......be your guide!"
