It had disappeared shortly after I had read it and hence my dumb dog comment. You should always anticipate responses before posting and note that some subjects are TMI and unwise to post here even if it is a fuck board.
Hound seems to be a highly emotional lad. When he posts based on an emotional reaction he is more prone to getting it wrong. I believe he generally means well and is one of the few people on this board to actually apologize when he screws up. So he gets more slack from me, than, say, Tardwell.
He is our dog after all. He just needs a little more training.

Your OP, the thing that flabbergasted me most was not that you let something get so out of hand when you were not equipped to deal with it for whatever reason (young, drunk, panicked, etc.); but that now, at an age that you've presumably had time and experience to grow from it, you use an account of something so heinous to make a point about something as inane as board politeness.
That led me to conclude that no matter how bad you may have felt, you obviously didn't see the true nature of the episode: that it was a gang rape rather than that the provider was just treated badly and impolitely.
There's another level here that I hope you keep in mind that goes to how inappropriate it was to throw that story up just to make a relatively minor point about "politeness. "

I like to have fun and games here, but I would NEVER do anything in the real world to harm a woman, nor do I laugh about real world events that cause harm to anyone, man or woman. In the virtual world however, all is fair game to me, as long as there are no real world consequences for anything said here.

Taking a "proactive" approach to Hound's post would mean doing something like tracking down the guys involved and kicking their asses. Or maybe joining in on some awareness initiatives in regards to rape and coercion in the sex work industry.

Part of being a man is owning up to one's mistakes and having the integrity to stand by and live by ones values. There's no excuse for certain crimes. most guys with a sane head know that.
On the other hand, the more I talk to BV the more he reveals himself to be a stubborn and complete butt head who can't even talk clearly most of the time. People who intentionally choose to be dumb really get on my nerves
