I regret that I didn't include a link because I can't remember that Provider's name. She was young, pretty, and was very attractive for many reasons. I was just reading how people are going around looking like a lost punker from the 1970s because they can not get a hair cut and decided to try and manage it themselves with horrific results.

A few gals I have known over the years had a knack for coiffing, and some even studied  and worked at it.
