Chances are very good that (1) They are going to run a check on your phone number and (2) The escort may very well ask to see your ID when she arrives.

After you are screened and make an appointment  the agency will tell you bring your ID ,the provider will ask to see it .

Rarely does the  provider remember to ask for ID  though I bear no resemblance to L.E. any more than James Bond in a different movie.
 
 If she does ask ,  I left it in my car .

Never had a provider  ask me go fetch  .

Ah ok, but I've noticed some screening forms that require an address. Do any of you actually put your real address down? I don't think I'd feel comfortable putting my actual address down...

I would not do that.  Just because all the fields in the form are not filled in does not mean you won't pass screening.  Also, if you're a member of P411 or Date-Check and have a number of OKs in either place, you can often avoid all this.

I'll send her most of the same info in PMs or emails.

I got lucky and a provider recommended me to DateCheck, and I was able to join with a minimum of info.  Same with Preferred411.  I now have numerous refs on DC, wl's on here, and ok's on P411.  With all that, I have not been asked to use a screening form as of yet.
