Unless you're a member of a secret key club I've never heard of, this is the closest you're going to find to a reliable source.    But experience says the amount you pay isn't going to be any guarantee of a great time.

I know of one in Atlanta that's been around for ages. Based on their website, the ladies are all classy model material and head-turning arm candy. Their hourly rates are four figures with a multi-hour minimum. I've never used them due to a lack of affordability, so I can't list or recommend them. There are a few on TER. However, if you really want insurance, you need to go beyond reviews. You need to send messages to some of the reviewers. And, while money isn’t always the answer, there’s a range where your options increase. You’re highly unlikely to find one $600 or less. $700 opens some doors. But in my experience if they are true 10/10 many increase their rates because they are getting so many requests. I find $800+ is that sweet spot. But to the point of others, that doesn’t mean $1500 is better than $800.

 
As for asking a civi, that’s a long-shot. Unless she hints at it, I would not put my energy there. There are some UTRs out there. The only way I have found them is through a booker or agency. If they trust you as a client, they may share these options with you. But that doesn’t mean they are 10/10.
