I am starting to lose some libido now as years go by. I can't just hang out at the college campuses anymore. There isn't one near by. and my work place lacks good looking women. all married with 2 kids and in 50's. Yuk. but i am finding out that Lifting weights about 2 times a week helps my Libido. Anyone else try this. Walking or Jogging doesn't help much at all. It is kind of odd, isn't it ?

Yes, it's pretty well documented that resistance training increases testosterone. Thus, your increase in libido. Lower body work (large muscles) has the most impact. You'll also want to add cardio to support your stamina. Good luck and remember to check with your physician before engaging in anything strenuous.

Yelp. Also ad some swimming to your workout on the days your not lifting. I love to do the incline press, I grunt out loud when I incline press 225 lbs 10 times. The ladies get to hear the noise I make when I cum, lol.
Lifting weights tears your and builds new muscles cells, so it generates 'Growth Hormones' and also helps raise 'Testosterone'. Walking and jogging does not do that. Testosterone is the muscle building hormone and is at a higher level after resistance training. Steriods are synthetic testosterone that help build muscles faster, but natural testosterone is better. I've tried some natural Testosterone Gel - it helps improves the speed of muscle recovery and also increase libido.
Ok, so unamisouly testasterone makes you horny. Is there any other way to raise the testesterone level as we get older and start losing it.... Preferably Natural way,,,,Thanks to you guys, Lifting weights is one way. but is there any other way ?
I find that using a spellchecker (unamisouly) increases your sperm count and drives wimin crazy.

a good workout does wonders. Resistance training, cardio work as all previous posters have said. ...and you don't get sore from the workout that provider gave you either.
being is shape has it's advantages in the bedroom, so indirectly, I'd have to say yes.

I'm pretty much in the same boat as you, except my local gym has shut down recently. My current exercise program is 2-3 hours with my nieces/ nephews every couple of days.
Thats the fun of being an uncle. At the end of the day, I get to send them back!
