we all know, nobody fucks an hour straight some people one and done, some people cum two or more times
if i am late by much, i offer usually to pro-rate the session fee, but guys usually decline and want me to keep the whole fee

If I'm running late, I let him know ASAP and leave it up to him. I can cut it short, stay the entire agreed upon time or reschedule. This is something that needs to looked at case by case.
Life gets in the way and we all are late at times. To avoid this problem all together, I keep my schedule light and only have 1 meeting a day. Life is to be enjoyed, not rushed.
