Not a big fan of make-up.  It's OK if it's not too over the top.  My ATF actually wears  none when she comes to see me.  One night we were driving to dinner after we had finished the main event and she joked that her jeans, t-shirt and lack of make-up was a REAL girl friend experience!

I just wondered what the gentlemen prefer in regards to makeup on the ladies.  Guys do you get aroused by a lot of makeup, a little makeup or no makeup at all?  Guys does makeup on a lady matter to you at all?
What is it about makeup on a lady that appeals to you the most?  Is it the eyeliner, the lipstick, etc?
Ladies do you feel sexier with makeup or no makeup?  Personally, makeup is part of dressing up.  It adds to sexiness and allure.
When I am just hanging out at home I don’t wear makeup.  If I am going out during the day, I will wear light makeup and earth tones.  If I am going out in the evening, I wear heavier makeup with red or another deep dark lipstick.

I too wear a lot of make-up normally but when I'm providing, I wear nothing at all. I try to be cautious to not leave too much of the fantasy on the hobbyist. I'm too afraid that these men are going home to a SO who won't want make-up on his collar.
When providing, I don't wear: make-up, perfume, glitter, or outfits with things prone to falling off (sequins). LOL In real life, I go outside like one of the trashy Tiara princesses.  
Oh, and I'm also cautious about looking like a working girl when I check into hotels. I wear jeans, sneakers, and a hoodie.

I'm a fan of little or no make-up. I have seen some very well done and then it is an enhancement but there are so many women that don't use it correctly ( that's just my opinion of course) that none is often better.

For me, that's almost paramount.  If it takes make-up, I'm all for it.  I'm aware of the possibilities of rub-off.  Perhaps providers could help by suggesting a post-session clean-up to eliminate incriminating evidence.
I do appreciate no perfume, though.  It can really create a problem later on.

I will defer to the provider as to how she looks best. Be yourself, and definitely present yourself in the best light you can. But I think the greater risk is too much makeup - after all, if things go well you will be one big, sweaty smudge, and so will I.

I love to get all dolled up, make up and all... it makes me feel sexy.. I know my eyes are one of my best features and I would be lying to say they were as pretty IMHO with out makeup

So I like to get sexy and glamorous for a guy

BUT its also hot when you get dolled up, and you are having hot passionate experience with mutual showers, pleasure etc and the makeup gets messed up... it is a big sign that the man did something right and a sign you all had some hot sweaty and passionate ahem!

I happened to be the "early girl" that night and that meant I got to go to bed early and nap till a certain hour, then after the other girl's went to bed I was the first girl to come out to play.

Well I was young, and naive and dumb...

I came out in a tee shirt, sweats and no makeup

Mona pulled me aside and said "honey if you EVER come out like that again, you are out of here! If a guy wants to see that, he will go home to his wife"

A little among alot of small details

Well I'm not a big fan of a lot of makeup, but when I walk in I would like to see her with some on, where she actually thought of the colors etc... Not just pad the foundation all over.  nice eye liner, well manicured and pedicured. And a hint of a fragrance (even the smell of fresh body wash).. It is a fantasy for most of us when we walk in, and having the provider have some of the details shows she at least prepared for it or willing to play along

So whatever you're comfortable with, is fine by me. I don't have an SO, so when I get home it doesn't matter if a have the smell of perfume on me, or a little bit of your makeup on my shirt. When I hobby on business trips, I'm by myself, so again doesn't matter. I like the smell of perfume when I meet a lady for the first time. I want you to look like your pictures, so if you have glamour shots, that's what I want you to look like.   If you have natural pictures with little makeup, than that's what I want you to look like when I meet. you.  Many times I've request an escort to wear an outfit from one of her pictures.

Over the years I have seen all types.
There are schools of thought to cover every opinion in regards to this topic.

There are posts about this particular issue on every board across the world. Here's what I have learned thus far.
You will find just as many who despise makeup as you will find they feel you are lazy if you don't wear any.
You will find there are gents who want you fresh out of the shower with wet hair and there are just as many who see wet hair as unkempt and feel it makes you look like you hurried to get ready and don't invest time in your appearance.

Your best bet is to specify on your ad or website that you prefer gentlemen to let you know what it is they seek specifically and let them know what you feel most comfortable with. I have found they are happy to let me know what they want and I have received kudos for attending to their specific requests.

..... some like as natural as possible or none. Some like painted up for a photo-shoot/video/glamour look.

I keep it light for a first visit (little eyeshadow, little or no foundation, little lipstick and lipgloss usually).

Most of the time when i'm out I don't wear makeup either unless i'm in the mood to wear a little.  If I plan to be home all or most of the day I don't wear any.

Do I feel sexier with makeup sometimes sure because I agree it's part of dressing up (to me) and I am a girl and girls love dress-up.

... and occasional model, I feel well applied make up is just as important as deodorant, body lotion, shaved legs (and other bits) and styled hair.  I can honestly say that I've never seen a woman who's looks would not be improved by well applied make up - even if it's just powder, mascara and lip gloss.  But if the options are either poorly applied make up (or terrible color choices) or no make up, I'd probably opt for no make up.  At least you can see what the girl has to work with and imagine her dolled up (to your level of preference) rather than being distracted by garish colors/poor application.

As a hobbyist, I arrive showered, freshly shaven (both above and below), and am pleased when are as well.  You don't have to overdo it, though.  I generally don't notice make-up that much, but do notice the clean scent of a lady that's freshly showered.   The make-up you say you wear during the day will probably be enough for me.  As for ladies wearing perfume, most don't, but I don't mind if you do in a subtly.  Regardless, what you ladies decide on this issue is generally cool here.

I want you to look your best.  I love for my lady to take the time to put on her make up and have her hair fixed.  This is a fantasy and I like for my lady to be smoking hot for me!
