Recognizing that only some of you are lawyers, but many may have an educated opinion:

If one of us were busted by LE for hobbying with an OF AGE provider, how would the crime be listed:
felony
sex-crime
?

Does this make us a sexual predator, and thus get marked wherever we go?

(No- I wasn't busted - but the thought crossed my mind)

From the last local bust in the media, if you get caught for hobbying, you will be charged with pandering. This is misdemeanor. Its pretty much a slap on the wrist, but personally I think it will cost you more personally than legally.

Like I said, this is just from media coverage, I'm not a lawyer nor a legal expert. As the gentleman above mentioned, you'll probably get a better response on the Legal Corner.

If you get busted with an underage child then you will be subject to prosecution for having sex with a minor, and her/his consent is irrelevant.

If a 16 year old boy has sex with a 15 year old girl, and the act is consensual, the boy can still be convicted of stautory rape and be considered a sexual predator for the rest of his life in many states. In fact in Massachsuetts the man will have to register with the police every year....forever.

First, get a real woman. Providers under 21 are a dangerous breed and if they are doing this under their own accord, then it's likely that they don't take many precautions because working for mickey Ds ain't a plausible option... IMHO, no matter how stacked, womanly, or great looking she is, a 19 YO does nothing for me. Give me a 28 to 30 something YO hottie who oozes sex, style, and panache and you'll likely find someone who can think and has a brain. Not dissing the 19 YOs with lots common sense and wisdom, but it has been my observation that most of them don't do this of their own accord and other than their tight bodies and those with tight pussies, what's the attraction?

From what I have seen and heard it seems like it really depends on the place you are busted.  I am not aware of anywhere that it is a felony, most places its just a misdemeanor or a violation.  Some places will issue an appearance ticket and let you go on your way.  Some places will take your picture and post it on a website for plublic viewing.  I am also not aware of anywhere classifying solicitation as a sex crime, thats usually reserved for a crime where sex is not consentual.

That sucks, I'd assume you didn't know she was underage. In that case it sucks. I think if I doubted, I'd ask for the driver's license. Well you weren't busted, count your f'in lucky stars, and card them for god's sakes.
