Meals Before Sex

I was reading about the little blue pill on the web the other day and saw something interesting. The article encouraged the user not to eat a heavy fat meal (using hamburgers as an example) before taking the pill because it could inhibit its effectiveness due to the simultaneous occurrence of the digestive and sexual processes. This is kind of like the old warning to "Wait a while to go swimming" after you have eaten rule.

Anyway, I have had occasional ED so as I was reading this, it dawned on me that even though I don't take the little blue pill I often eat just before I go see provider. So, I thought in the future I would try skipping the meal just before seeing a lady.

I have tried it twice now and my performance has seemed to improve.

Anybody else have any experience or thoughts on this?

I don't eat prior to a provider visit- not a little blue pill fan, just don't want to feel bloated, have gas, belch, or have "meal breath".

I want my body's whole attention on my lady, not my stomach!

I try not to each very much the day of an appointment.  Typically, I schedule appointments for early evening, so I'll have breakfast and a light lunch.    I don't want to have an upset stomach( I tend to get a little nervous before appointments, and a big meal could cause me some problems... maybe too much information lol) or feel uncomfortable during a session, so I eat light that day.

With or without the blue pill, never eat just before an encounter. It does effect your metabolism, which slows down other bodily functions. On a dinner date, I've found that having dinner afterwards is a nice touch, and a nice way to end the evening.

for performance and comfort.  I also drink gatorade during the day before the appointment to enhance endurance.

I didn't realize there was a difference. I guess I really didn't pay that much attention to this matter. I recently had an overnight and we had a nice dinner before heading back to her incall for playtime. I didn't notice any difference in my performance, but then again I wasn't trying to either.

I think I will try the empty stomach approach next time and see what happens.

Last thing I want is to have to stifle belches after a hearty meal...

I agree with most people here; it's not a good idea to eat a heavy meal before a hot 'n' heavy session.  So I usually like to eat a PowerBar or some other grain-based energy bar, and some water.  It gets rid of an empty stomach feeling without filling me up like a meal would.

It is easier to achieve and keep an erection when your body is not fighting the digestive effects of a high fat meal....the same goes for alcohol by the way...

It won't make a difference for everyone but age, weight and all kinds of other medical issues can figure into it as well.

Drink plenty of fluids before, and work up the appetite for a great meal after.....preferably in bed!

I definitely agree, I pretty much don't eat the whole day, it's just a complication I don't need.

That is Why I'd rather can the dinner-date aspect and talk and drink. Of course, alcohol is my viagra, though I'm sure one day that will change. Until then, bottoms up..in a few ways.

The "don't go swimming" rule appplies to working out after a heavy meal, ans also towards an intense session.  Since I tend to hobby in the evening, I will usually have a snack or eat just enough to take the edge off beforehand, then have dinner afterwards.  Not only does this tend to avoid the crashing into the brick wall effect, it also avoids things like bad breath, and other digestive disturbances when you can least afford them to happen...

I dont know if this helps, but from my point of view and a personal experience, I had a client who was very "big" and the first time I saw him I had eaten a meal about an hr before, now in your "email/phone conversations" you dont just blurt out "how big are you?" and a client doesnt just say "i'm hung like a race horse" so it didnt cross my mind to "not" eat since i had never had a problem, well when we finished out foreplay with some juicy bbbj/daty he penetrated me and at first it was fine but after a while i could feel it hitting "all the way in". He finished in an average amount of time so it wasnt painful, just uncomfortable, he later explained how its hard to find a provider that will see him on a regular basis, but i still made another appointment with him, so the next time i skipped my meal, and "woalah" no pain/or feeling uncomfortable, after that discovery, i never saw him on a full stomach...

I am always careful about what I eat prior to sex. Part of the reason is bad breath and part is to be traveling light for maximum speed. hehehe
Some energy food is good though like fresh fruit or a yogurt cup.  These are good choices for the energy boost. Bon Apitiet!

I always do multiple hours with my favorite ladies, and we plan a picnic on the bed as part of the activities....it is great fun.....sometimes fresh fruit, a litle light pastry; one Brazilian woman loved to prerpare a Brazilian picnic for me......we drink some wine.......the more sex.....great fun, chatiing.....has worked very well for me in the "special" invites dept.
