...and put these statistics in your ad.  Hobbyists have to know the ratio between your mouth, eyes, chin and forehead to make sure your face is symmetrical.  

Hobbyists may look like the Hunchback of Notre Dame but we want you to look perfect.  ;-)

You might as well try to come up with which religion is the most perfect.

What a boring world we would make if every aesthetic decision came down to a mathematical formula.

As for that gal, she looks OK to me, but I can think of many more beautiful faces than hers.

Mathematics and scientific methods have been applied to every naturally occurring phenomena from the movement of the ocean's waves to a snowflakes patterns.

Hate to burst your bubble but scientific research is already being done on defining "beauty".

If symetry is the end all and be all of attractiveness as these so called scientists seem to imply, then why isn't everything that is made from artwork to buildings to cars designed to be symetrical all the time?

Obviously there is a lot of room for other considerations.

Just because "symmetry" is a function of human attractiveness, according to scientific research, does not necessarily mean that it is a function of beauty for other objects (artwork, buildings, cars, etc.).
