To make the goo more palatable that is?

If so, what do you recommend?  How much, how often, how soon before the date to start?

What should we avoid?  I have heard coffee.  

Anything else to ingest or avoid?

Super Spunk Smoothie

1 cup pineapple, fresh or canned
1 banana, frozen
1 cup apple juice
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 TBS honey
Optional ingredients: 1 raw egg white, 2 TBS wheat germ, 2 TBS flax seed, 1 shot wheatgrass juice

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Drink immediately. Repeat daily for best results.

you need to start a week before. However, the day of an appointment certainly helps.  Pineapple, strawberries, parsley, etc.  Of course, whipped cream always is enjoyable. Add a little syrup and your nuts and we have a Hot fudge sundae.  

Also, as much as I love it, you might not want to eat anything with curry in it a day before or a heavy steak. Just my .02 cents.

Stay away from bitter foods and drinks.  I had one guy taste like Guinness, good thing I like Guinness.

If our paths ever cross, we'll save the Guinness for after-glow.

I can always tell how good your diet is by the flavor. Pineapple juice makes it really yummy! A diet high in fruits and veggies, except asparagus, makes it nice and sweet. Smoking and Curry are the worst. Hi protien makes it acidic.

Do you like ginger? I eat a lot of ginger.
