Anyone hear about Velvet22?

It looks to be a legit site. I did a search for the entire state of WI and there were a total of 4 providers that came up. But...I do know of the 4 providers listed so I do know they are all real, so it does look like they filter out the riff raff. I am just wondering how they make money? It does not say providers pay to use the site. Tryst *does* have a basic ad you can post that is free, but it is pretty limited so most of the fake and spam ads on tryst are paying so they show up at the top of the search engine. I personally don't think a website's problem is if it is free or not, I think it has much more to do with how much screening is done to confirm the provider is in fact real. It is free to be on P411 for providers and I would say you would be very hard pressed to find a fake P411 provider ad.  Eros is actually quite pricey to advertise on and because of that many legit providers left to go on more affordable sites. Eros also does  very little verification so as long as you have the $$ to pay for the ad they will allow it. Some providers do not want to go through all of the verification as they think it is intrusive, I get it, but there are clients that feel that way as well. Finding the balance is the key and I am not sure if there are any sites at the moment that check all the boxes for clients AND providers for everyone to be happy and feel safe with the arrangement.

I like the layout. Everything you need to know is on one page. Even the thumbnails page has the advertiser's hourly rate in the corner, so you don't waste time clicking into what you won't pay, such as $1200 per hour.

I have not heard of Velvet 22 before. I just checked it out. Decent number in LA, but no one I am not already aware of in the area. I did notice that the vast majority were higher end ladies, 1k plus. Another site that I check besides the ones you mentioned is Sexy Companion. It has issues and isn't perfect. But one thing I like is that it builds in linking to a ladies TER reviews to their web ads.

Totally agree about Tryst. I used to defend that platform, but it's become clear that it's fundamentally flawed as it effectively enables a deception by featuring profiles of providers who have no intention of ever meeting in person.

I'm encouraged by the launch of Velvet, and those like it, as I am hoping it can avoid the pitfalls that have plagued its predecessors. I genuinely wish them success.

Any ad site that does not allow a search of the various regions within LA is useless to me.  I've had it with the time it takes to research, contact, screen and try to book with a provider in "LA" that ends up being a 90+ minute drive for me or a "travel fee" in excess of $100 for her if she is even willing to make the drive to me.  

Slixa is trash & PD does nada. I’ve never heard of your site, but will no longer pay to post ds an p411. I noticed a pattern of entitlement that no one wants to screen. P411 is not a verification site, but providers rely on it to vet potential clients. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I stopped using Eros long go 🗑️ since I lost my personal CSR. Tryst I block bs emails & spam everyday. I have only got 1 good client off that site. I pay $300  month to advertise on tryst. TER ViP is less than that, so why do not more providers pay for VIP here? Whats the incentive? Reviewers get free vip days.  

The ad layout is very similar to Tryst and their search function is almost dead-on the same.

The problem with Tryst is the amount of scammers. Velvet22 will need to do a better job in that department .I’ve yet to find better combo  than p411 and here.

Just in the past day women are cancelling their ads because velvet turns out to be transphobic

Who knows. Compared to yesterday it looks like Vegas has more ladies listed 😂
