It's a situation she reported, openly here. She appears to be a mentally strong person and can, I suspect, handle it. Your insinuation I was making light of the situation at her expense is in error. Rather, I was alluding to the general hypocrisy of people: A possible situation in which neighbors might wag tongues judgementally yet might also avail themselves of her services...and I wouldn't be surprised if that happened.
Although we can not always control what happens around us, there is no reason to keep putting this issue in front of Shaye. I'm sure she is dealing with it, so let her deal with it in her own way.
We each have two lives in this hobby, a public and a private, which we try to never let cross. In this case, it has. But no reason to rub salt into the wound.
And from what I found out, the neighbors knew for months.
As to my family situation, they are ok with me. No more fighting and they are all talking to me. They are not happy with my lifestyle, but they do support me.
Also, I have been busy with changes here in my home. I just bought a new house and will be moving in 2 weeks.
IF a neighbor or friend ever hires me, believe me, this board will be the first to know.
