Guys, Would You See a Lady Who is Convicted Felon?

A hobby friend of mine asked me this question and I had to seriously think about my answer. There are just so many variables to think about. It got me thinking about how many of us have made a few "mis-steps" and gotten caught over the years. And just what did we get caught doing?

Sure, some of us may have had a DUI / DWI or other commonly known "harmless" issues or some ladies may have been picked up for something related to the hobby. Personally, I do not consider those offenses which would stop me from seeing someone. But, what about something like identity theft and/or credit card fraud?

I understand you'd have to know a lady's real name to find that information. From there, it's easy since the advent of the Internet and Freedom of Information Act allows courts to post everything online in a public record.

So, would you see a lady whom you knew for a fact was a conviceted felon, say for identity theft and/or credit card fraud? What other charges would you consider a deal breaker

how would you even know about it unless you're some kind of stalker who has her personal info.  If she knew that you knew this about her she'd be quite justified in not seeing you, at a minimum.

But like most everyone else here, I am not digging into her past before seeing her, except for her reviews of course, but that is something relevant to the session. Her "real life" past is not, well unless her name is Lorena Bobbitt of course:)

Your friend will probably be alright. I only "trust" x and pre-cons I know.

So, your chance of knowing is limited.

Bear in mind our Justice System does have tendency to rail road people for expediency. Many innocent people have been wrongly convicted especially, if you happened to be poor.

If you are talking about hardcore crimes like killing, they are not come out in a short time anyway so, what type of felony are you talking about

We ain't making a judgment call here, at least I'm not.

with regards to credit card fraud and/or identity theft, that seems to be an either you did or you didn't do it without too much gray area.

Sure, you can claim they "gave you permission", but lets face reality here, using someone elses credit card or personal information and claiming to be them is just wrong. And, it's not something only poor people do.

As for your claims about people getting rail roaded (and poor people getting so more often), that is a subject for another thread. I have some thoughts on that subject as well, however, the "Legal Corner" board might be a better place to discuss that

No one is going to disclose that information. If they have committed a serious felony and they post as providers with a photo is a high risk business. Most likely find them on BP or on street corners.

Not rocket science, no one with ½  a brain would take that chance

But when you find out, what would you do?

Instead of simply answering the proposed question, you seem to prefer picking it apart.

That's OK, your insignificant replies have done nothing to impress anyone.

And, just for the record, I know 3 ladies who have the exact issues regarding credit card and identity theft and they are not BP ladies but well reviewed ladies right here in River City

How about a girl who's part of a former agency that's currently on trial for Rico prostitution federal charges (june court date, 2 million dolkar bond, hint hint)? We know two of those girls were named as witnesses in the indictment. You'd think that would be a red flag but those girls are as popular as ever.

I agree that you never know, but in cases where we do know, guys don't seem to exercise good sense anyway if the pussy is good.

Especially one of them.  And, yes, she's still providing but I won't see her because, under the circumstances, she's radioactive and could be under surveillance.  It's a shame because she's really nice and incredibly hot.  Also not very discreet.

My spidey sense went off when I got an ad email from that lady.

I was getting lazy about anonymizing my ip through gmail. But you can be sure I am now. Lol.

solicitation is misdemeanor in all 50 states.

Transporting girls across state lines is federal crime and a felony under the Mann Act passed in 1910.

I'm in this to get head and get laid, not to do thorough background checks for security clearance for the girl.  Most of us hobbyists already know some of these girls can be a bit out there. I do tend to see and  prefer seeing a normal girl who isn't capable of malicious deeds,  but short of being a risk to LE exposure,  what they do outside of the hotel isn't really my business.

I don't bring anything to the Incall other than my phone,  keys and gift. I dont carry my wallet to the Incall,  unless we are going to dinner.  Cutie can dig through all she wants she won't get anything else out of me.

If she's wanted for armed robbery or something,  I guess I'll pass but if she's hot and gives good head...  My smaller head tends to take over.  Definitely wouldn't wanna be near a psycho serial killer though.
Same goes for junkies...  I don't wish to be near a meth drug addict.
If she tried it once or twice for fun but never doing it again,   that's cool.
If she's wanted for murder,  but she was just defending herself against an abusive boyfriend or pimp and ended in shooting him in self defense,  then that's something I can deal with.

How would I even know in advance?

I did know some who had a clepto-habit and it didn't bother me much as long as they were good hearted ppl.

For example, if she served time for disemboweling a client who didn't get her off enough times, then I'd be fine with that.

I love that edgy stuff.

If, on the other hand, she got busted for littering or something like that, then I'd probably pass.  Too boring.

OK, next stupid question....

I never ask those questions. A few years back I used to see one of my atf's and she would tell me how she was in jail for dui's and stuff like that. I never judged her and we used to see eachother alot. I'm sure i've seen a few more providers that are felons, but I don't care as long as she's fun to be with thats all that matters.

When it comes to this, we're all guilty of breaking shitty "feel good" laws for appeasing right wing fundamentalist voters.   Out here in the desert, if you help someone set up a website, or book appointments, its a felony for conspiracy to aid human trafficking, or some crap like that.    And let's not forget the whole RICO seizure part of that.

As long I'm not giving her my credit card or letting her take a photo of my DL and just dropping Franklins on the table, I don't have a problem

Ok maybe it's 3 questions. But if no one but a couple of people in the court house know or care I might not either.  On the other hand if her conviction relates to use of hard drugs or violent crime there's no sex worth that risk.

Bond, JamesBond.

Its exhilarating...... to know you could die at any moment.

James knew, and kept his wits about him all the while he charmed them into bed. what a gent!!!!

But remember,  he did his homework all the time.... He knew exactly what he was getting....

Even in the face of death he was cool, never a cruel word..... just respect for all his adversaries.

I wonder how a Bond review would read?

Talk about starting off 2014 on the wrong foot toe!

In most places, humans celebrate New Year's Eve by waxing poetical about the future, drinking fancy champagne, and counting down to midnight like they're launching a rocket.

Dorchester, Massachusetts is not most places!

After a fight erupted at one NYE house party in town at around five in the morning, the shindig's female host apparently bit off another lady's toe!!!

The victim alleges that all of the dramz began when she asked to "hook up" with another female at the party, albeit one who was there with her boyfriend. The boyfriend reportedly attacked the victim after that. And when the victim went to the host to explain what happened, she was accused of ruining the party. Later, outside the house, the would-be-toeless victim apparently got into a physical altercation with the party's host.

The two girls fought, rolling around on the ground all lady like, until the host allegedly bit the victim's toe clean off!

Uh, what in the name of bath salts?! WHO DOES THAT!? We've heard of the late night munchies, but that's srsly ridic!!

The victim was taken to the hospital and treated for a variety of wounds, including the severed toe.

It's unclear which of the woman's toes was bitten off, but we're guessing it was the little piggy that cried wee wee wee all the way home.

google for link.

I'd have to think about it when I'm sober.

A woman who kills and eats her lovers--deal BRAKER!!

One time I applied to graduate schools and wound up talking to a woman in the admissions department for ASU.  Her reaction was that in 1969 I did NOT have a very good GPA. When I went back to collega a year later I was in the top third of all students at U. Conn, and maintained a straight 3.0GPA when the average grade was a C. I pointed out that she ignored all of my grades after that year, and I was NOT 19 years old like I was then.  Unimpressed by my logic. remembering how office staff was in education institutions I realized that nothing i said would matter. So, I pointed out that since it was 20 years after 1969, her statement made as much sense as telling me that 18 yeras prior to 1969 I wore diapers because I shit and peed in my pants.

Nope! It wasn't a felony to poop in my pants!

When I meet someone, I form an opintion of them, After I get to know them a little, if I decide they are a good person, their past is irrelevant--don't care if they used to poop in their pants!! Don't care if they have a bad day, other than its a bad day for them, and are inconsistent with my opinion of them.
