in the film (Alex Gibney, prominent documentary director) through Jason Itzler talking about "girls with high ratings." They then showed footage of the review screen and the little pop-up window of the appearance ratings. The format was TER Classic and the colors had been slightly tweaked to ensure "anonymity," even for TER's website. In addition, TER's name was never mentioned, only the importance of "good reviews." Cecil [sic], the young girl who ran Emperor's Club together with her 60 year old geezer boyfriend, was prominently featured in the film. She comes across as the biggest infantile idiot on the planet, in contrast to "Angelina," the escort who had the most dates with Spitzer [it was not Ashley Dupré]. "Angelina" apparently went on to become a commodities day trader, FWIW, while Cecil fried in the federal slammer for a few months.

After watching the film, I was convinced that the whole thing was instigated by Roy Stone, a creepy character linked to "Hank" Greenberg, former CEO of AIG, and a few others who wanted Spitzer to fry for various reasons. Spitzer comes across as extremely intelligent but inflexible, almost rigid, which is probably what contributed to his downfall - he pissed too many people off. Highly watchable and available On Demand from Time Warner Cable.
