Just relax and don't worry

Providers are women; and so have the same range of capacities as women generally. Anything you will encounter in the civie world, you'll encounter with providers.

Do things always work out in the civie world? Of course not. Nor will they always work out in the hobby world.

So relax. Don't worry. Don't beat yourself up. And also try not to let one circumstance that didn't work out jade you for others.

Now -- simple things to help you put this behind you.

No contact of any sort with the lady.

Discard any and all mementos.

Do something else that will absorb your thoughts. Something with deadlines like a college class would be ideal.

In a couple of months you'll be fine.

While many others recommend "sport fucking" -- I don't. There are too many reasons why for me to go into it here.

I was seeing a provider for a long time. I fell deeply in love and something in our relationship went wrong and Im now lost as hell and heart broken. Did I listen, hell no. Everyone said it would never work. I actually thought it would. As DR Phil would say, "what were you thinking"?

yourself up.  it is easy to confuse sex and love. your friend wanted the money and should have seen what was coming. here is an easy way to tell, if you are paying for it, it is sex and not love, period. not that it never happens, just that it almost always never happens. cheer up. you can pay for a new friend... for more sex. if you want love, get a dog.  sail.

avoid getting fixated on any one provider.

hell - the very few times I've seen any one lady with regularity it it's almost always been a source of regret in the long run.

get back on that horse and RIDE! just make sure you don't see any lady more than once for a while. Get some breadth of experience. Reestablish some balance.

Whether we like to admit it or not most relationships in our society do not last.  Numbers posted vary but one in 4 to one in 10 are common estimates.  Most hurt when they end.

Relationships in this business are about the same or worse than the mainstream because providers and clients often have extra baggage.

Make sure you are not in this with the aim to fall in love, that never works.  Try to avoid this turning you as cynical as some.

Hope the wounds heal with minimal scars.

I stood by the burn barrel with my scrap book & went through every photo.  Deposited every one with her in the fire.  Never looked back.  

I am truely sorry this has happened to you.  It is easy to do.  The problem is, you must really read between the lines to discover what she really feels, since she benifits from stringing a client along.  There is probably few here who haver not at least walked the line.

The odds of a Provider / Client relationship morphing to a civie relationship are small, though there are RARE exceptions.  I try to keep my head on straight by rotating Fav ladies...

This young woman is the quintesential girl next door. Active in sports, her friends and work. I had not left a payment in a very long time but was providing for her. I bought here a great diamond ring(not engagement). A car, payed for phone, internet, you name it. I would stay over at her place a lot. Dates, dinners all normal things. I am still in love with her. I do miss her, but will never see her again. broken hearted!
