This is a follow up question on a thread started yesterday that dealt with client’s responsibility to read provider’s profile thoroughly (especially regarding cancellation policies)
As a client, I have a P411 profile. It tells about myself, my hobbies, my likes/dislikes both in life and when with a provider. I have booked/requested a lot of appointments through this site over the past 5-6 years. I can probably count on two hands the number of providers who have actually read my profile. (Client’s get an email from p411 if profile is viewed). I’m assuming references are checked and verified, and decision is made. I also assume this because of how many times I have been with a provider who has asked me “what do you like?” or “what do you do?”. Had the profile been read, this wouldn’t be necessary and it would make everything much more comfortable and it would go smoother from my end. So, here’s the hypothetical question: What if clients were to add a small paragraph in their profiles stating something along the lines of “client reserves the right to a full refund if he is not completely satisfied with his experience”, and the provider doesn’t read this, is this her fault? Does she owe us back all our fee if we’re not satisfied? Some providers yesterday used the business example in the real world for these situations. If you truly want to look at is as a business, then as a customer, we should be entitled to this refund. As a consumer in this proverbial world, if I am not happy with a product, I expect it fixed and/or refunded. Why is it that when I didn’t read a profile, and I just book from the main page of the P411 site where the profile is NOT listed, am I held accountable for items within the profile? And why I am I told it is my fault for not reading it, when most of you don’t read mine? I am told to do my homework, when a very small percentage of providers do theirsand that makes you a "whiner" rather than someone truly trying to make a difference.
Name names, or your words are just so much empty rhetoric.
As for your "hypothetical question" you are free to put anything on there that you like, but no provider is going to refund your money if you are dissatisfied any more than a guys with an intact nut sack are going to give into a BSC hookers demands for 100% of her fee if a cancellation occurs.
Lastly, in my experience "most" provider check out my P 411 profile, when I book with a provider via P 411, usually this occurs sometime shortly after my message to her is read and before I get an actual reply via the P 411 PM system. I usually know by the time she has responded to me that most likely she has already done her screening before getting back to me and that we are good to go, and the only thing to discuss is when and where.
....but it doesn't really matter because adding a clause like that is never gonna happen anyway.
give this a rest, and I'm not busy at the moment, I will comment. You can't hold somebody responsible for something they didn't know unless you affirmatively informed them. This is why you fucked up when you sent money to the girl IF she didn't give you notice. However, if you have omitted in your story that the girl emailed you to be sure to read her website, and you didn't, then she gave you affirmative notice, and then its on you for not knowing what was in there. Affirmative notice is a fairly simple a legal concept, and you either received it or didn't, but good luck taking your hobby problem before a judge in any event. Many girls will ask you to read their website thoroughly before confirming your appointment.
The same thing would apply to you and your profile notes. Only if you affirmatively told a girl to read your profile thoroughly would you shift the burden to her to know what's in it.

have actually read your profile?Every guy that sends me a P411 request that is the first thing I do is look at his profile.
Alot of guys don't fill out all of the questions let alone fill out the box at the bottom where you can write more about yourself.
I like to see a guys likes/dislikes wardrobe preferences if any and anything he wants to add about himself.I find it to be very helpful.
Now about what you want to put on your profile...while I hope what you are mentioning here you are just saying out of frustration regarding your last post.If I read something like that on a guy's profile I would probably just pass.
Not because I am worried about the service I provide but if he has to put something like that...probably not someone I want to meet.Tells me he is bitter about something and I wouldn't want to deal with that especially since no other guy has that on his profile.I want to deal with guys who are here to have a good time.
I read your other post....I don't have anything to say regarding that except for you booked her through P411 now if you did not read her profile there is really nothing to say.If Gina feels the provider is in the right I guess you will hear from her.
If it is found by Gina that you are not on the hook for the remainder cancellation fee move on and moving forward always look at the P411 profile.

Is my #1 means of verifying a client, and believe me...I read EVERY word on a potential client's P411 profile (including viewing the provider's profile and TER reviews, who have OK'd him), for my safety and to make sure we are compatible, before I reply to a P411 PM or a rendezvous request!
If a potential client's TER handle is provided, I will then view their TER information as a secondary means of verification.
Very few of the potential clients who contact me, read my P411 bio or my rendezvous information on my website. I realize most men are visually stimulated and look at my photos and videos...but it would be helpful, if they especially read the date I'm available to rendezvous, so they aren't wasting their time contacting me if I'm unavailable to meet.
FYI: I don't require a deposit, and I don't have a cancellation policy. If someone no shows me, I add him to my DNS (do not see) list, and I refuse to book a rendezvous with him in the future.
bmkm, instead of adding a "refund paragraph" on your P411 profile, I'd advise READING the provider's information and if she has a cancellation policy (which seems to be an issue for you) just take a pass and contact a provider who doesn't have one. bmkm, I hope my advice is helpful to you. ![]()

Your premise is just like being in a restaurant and putting your own hair on the food, so you can get a free meal.
There are plenty of honest mongers here. (Cough, cough) None of them would lie about their session with a lady to claim a refund for a less than "completely satisfied experience".
Let's video every session, and set up enquiry boards to judge the claim of complete satisfaction.
Next premise please!
Foolishness!!!!!!!!!!!!
You said exactly what I wanted to say here!

You made a mistake by not reading her cancellation policy. Call it a learning experience and move on. Everyone has had a few learning experiences in this game, yours is hardly unique.
Your "idea" of a disclaimer sounds merely cynical and bitter, and will do more harm than good. It is just blame-shifting.
IMO you came across as extremely gracious and generous in your last post. Don't ruin it with bitterness.
you want to go to the restaurant, eat the meal (soup to nuts), and THEN ask for a refund? Good luck with that.

First off....I apologize if I sound bitter. I am not. That ended yesterday afternoon. I realize I am in the wrong about not reading what I should have. Also, I would never do this - thus the use of the words 'hypothetical question'. Just was playing a little Devil's advocate. Thought it was an interesting topic for discussion and thought. Maybe not my best judgement.
For those I upset because either a) I paid the money or b) I would not name names, I paid because I felt I should and I didn't name names as I didn't want it to go beyond a discussion. I would hope on both mine and the providers part, this situation has taught both of us something so that it wouldn't happen again to anyone. Maybe that's naive, but it's what I believe.
Finally, maybe I am mistaken about the p411 process. I truly have only received a notice that my profile has been viewed a very small amount of times. Maybe we don't get an email every time, and most of the providers I've contacted have done so. I am glad those that have responded here do read the profiles consistently. I believe it really does make things smoother in many ways. I was basing my statement on how few emails about my profile I have received in my time hobbying.
Thanks for all your insights and thoughts. I definitely have learned some things for moving forward.
Be well. I'm out.

Did I come to your profile because you are providing a service to me and I am paying for that service?
No
Are you in the escort business or a client?
A client.
The rules of the business are set by the person's business model, you have the right to accept or decline being a customer to that person's business. Period.
...and see how many providers accept appointment requests from you...then report back here...
I'll be looking forward to hearing all about it...
