We can use the names of the presidents on the bill - jackson is twenty, Grant is fifty, Franklin on a hundred (we'll he's not a US prez).  Two Franklins is ___ ? Ya, twwoo hundred.

Yes, here is the official code.

$100/hr = Porcupine
$200/hr = Wet Dog
$250/hr = Large Apartment
$400/hr = Limo Service


Thus, most providers do not want to get stuck with a porcupine; they will however, on various occasions, show compassion and accept a wet dog.  Many providers will appreciate a large apartment and many, many providers on this board will always accept limo service.
