In reading the discussion from the "sorry for the alias but" thread below, I have a question from the other direction. I'm still fairly new to the hobby, have only seen five providers. Four of the five volunteered the information in our first session that they have children. I don't mind, but I'm wondering why they would be so ready to convey what I consider to be pretty personal information. These are all well reviewed ladies (justifiably so).
I can think of one reason. It might be just small talk, getting a bit of chatting done to feel a little more comfortable around each other. Some people find it a little "off" to just get naked and have sex with a total stranger, so the chatting part helps aleviate that feeling a bit. Just mentioning she had kids isn't a big deal, now if she says names/ages and pulls out the pictures then it is a big deal.
