The joys exceed the sadneses.  Occasionally the sadness intrudes.  We recently had a visitor from the long past.  When we met in our late 20's she and I were lean, mean, and in our high 120's. Sad to say she's 200, while I'm still mid 130's.

The dual purposes of this post it to praise you beautiful ladies who so work hard to stay trim, beautiful,and enticing.  It will pay dividenda.

I have decided that rather than worry, I am planning to celebrate an overnight with my ATF.  As Admiral Farrigut once said, Damn the Torpedoes, Full Speed Ahead!
